Try this recipe from the staff of The Refuge Inn
- 2-3 lbs. Shrimp (Peeled & Deveined)
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1-2 Lemons, sliced thin
- 1 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix
Melt butter in oven in a sheet cake pan
Place lemon slices over melted butter in bottom of pan
- Pour dry mix over all
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 min or until shrimp are pink
