Baywatch Cottage is a waterfront Cape Cod style cottage/house ideally suited for a Chincoteague Island vacation. It is quiet and relaxing. Some of the famous Chincoteague Ponies graze just outside the split rail fence surrounding the yard. Geese, ducks, ospreys, shorebirds, songbirds, bunnies, and deer frequent the area.

Our cottage is rented by the week from Saturday to Saturday. The cottage is available for mini week rentals (2 weeks prior to arrival), based on availability.

Although the cottage is off property, guests are invited to use the pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness room at The Refuge Inn.

Sleeping arrangements: 3 bedrooms with 1 queen bed each.  Two of the bedrooms are on the second floor and one is on the first floor. Maximum number of occupants is 6. (The only exception to this is a baby in arms.) There is a bathroom downstairs.

Cost by the week is $1500.00 plus 11% tax. Check Ins and outs are on Saturday.  The cost for Holiday weeks & Pony Penning Week is $1900.00 plus 11% tax.  In addition, there is a $100.00 security deposit required on all bookings.

Cost for three day mini vacation: $225.00 per day plus 11% tax. In addition, there is a $100.00 security deposit required.  Prices are subject to change.

Payment is ½ down within one week after the reservation is made with the balance due one month prior to arrival.  If reservation is made less than thirty days prior to arrival, all monies are due within one week after reservation is made.  A security deposit of $100 in advance, by check or money order, is required and is returned after our guest’s departure, once the phone bill has cleared and the house is inspected.  A fee of $250 will be incurred for all cancellations.  If cancellation is necessary, it must be made one month prior to arrival for a refund of security deposit and remaining down payment.
