New foal born at the Refuge Inn
Guests awoke to a rare treat Thursday morning, a newly born foal right across the  parking lot.  Sassie gave birth to a beautiful little filly, whom the front desk has named Lady Kate (after Kate Middleton, who is expecting her first child this summer.)
